What is Business Sensei?
A modular operations platform for small and medium-sized businesses. Sensei Flow organizes customers, projects, tasks and teams; optional AI agents add specialized help for sales, social content and newsletters.
Can I use Business Sensei without any AI agents?
Yes. Sensei Flow is complete on its own.
What counts as a business record?
Every stored customer or business record — leads, prospects and active customers — counts toward your Core plan’s limit.
AI agents
Do I need Sensei Flow to use an agent?
Yes. Flow is the required foundation; agents are optional additions.
Can I subscribe to just one agent?
Yes. Choose any combination, each at its own level.
Do agents act on their own?
No. Agents draft and organize; a person approves anything that goes to a customer or the public.
Can Sensei Sales create proposals and contracts?
It helps draft offers and optional contracts, exported to Word or PDF. They don’t replace your business or legal approval.
Does Sensei Social post automatically?
Not today. It focuses on ideas, planning, creation and approval; you publish on your own channels.
Does Sensei Campaign send newsletters?
No. It prepares them for the sending platform you choose, which bills you separately. We never charge by list size.
Are Inbox and the Master Business Operator available?
Not yet. Both are coming soon and are never included in your price before release. You can ask to be notified.
Pricing & subscription
Is a credit card required?
No. You send a request; we confirm your offer and activate your workspace with you.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are per month and exclude applicable VAT.
Can I change plans later?
Our aim is a subscription that grows with you. Changes are arranged with our team under your subscription terms.
What if I need more AI usage?
Extra packs for Sales documents, Social video and newsletter generations are available on request.
Data & access
Who can see our data?
Only people in your organization’s workspace, according to their role. Your data is never shared with other subscribers.
How do people get access?
By invitation from your Subscriber Admin. There is no public sign-up.
Where is data hosted and processed?
Details on hosting, AI processing and retention will be published in our Privacy Policy once approved.
Language & support
Is Business Sensei available in Greek?
Yes. The platform works in Greek and English.
Will you help us get started?
Yes. Accounts are set up with you, and onboarding and training can be added on request.
